1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wealthy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wealthy is a personal finance and habit tracking application that helps users:

• Build better financial habits through daily task tracking
• Track expenses and manage subscriptions
• Set financial goals and monitor progress
• Access personalized financial planning tools
• Maintain a financial journal for reflection

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under 18 may need parental or guardian consent to make purchases. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the necessary permissions to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Account Creation:

• You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

Account Security:

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

5. Subscription Terms

Premium Access:

• Access to the full Wealthy program requires a premium subscription
• The app is not accessible without a subscription after completing the onboarding process
• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your app store account upon purchase confirmation

Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• Access to the app continues until the end of your current billing period

6. User Content and Data

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all financial data, journal entries, and personal information you enter
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the App's services
• We do not claim ownership of your personal financial information

Data Usage:

• Your data is used primarily to provide personalized financial planning and habit tracking, and to improve app performance
• We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers
• Data is stored securely and may be synced across your devices

Data Deletion:

• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Local data is removed when you log out or uninstall the App

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the App to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

8. Financial Disclaimer

Not Financial Advice:

• The App provides general financial education and habit tracking tools
• Information provided is for educational purposes only and is not professional financial advice
• We are not licensed financial advisors, accountants, or investment professionals
• Consult qualified professionals for personalized financial advice

No Guarantees:

• We make no guarantees about financial outcomes from using the App
• Past performance or examples do not guarantee future results
• Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

User License:

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use
• This license terminates when these Terms end or your account is terminated

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

No Guarantees:

• We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

Updates:

• We may release updates to improve functionality or security
• Some updates may be required to continue using the App
• We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility

12. Account Termination

Termination by You:

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• Uninstalling the App does not automatically terminate your account

Termination by Us:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for fraudulent or harmful activity
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Effect of Termination:

• Upon termination, your access to the App and premium features ends immediately
• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and data retention practices
• No refunds are provided for remaining subscription periods

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

14. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them (including contract, tort, or statutory claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
